Mediterranean couscous

If you want to prepare a quick, easy, and tasty meal, then cook couscous.

I always associate couscous to Mediterranean flavours: I love Moroccan or Algerian dishes made with couscous… So let’s get inspired!

Ingredients:

Olive oil, one onion, courgette, peas, tomato sauce, maize couscous, coriander.

Preparation:

Hit the olive oil and fry the onions. Add courgette, peas and salt. When they are cooked, add tomato sauce and couscous. Stir them, cover the pot with a lid and let it cook on slow fire. After less than ten minutes your couscous should be ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves.

Simple, easy and good! 🙂
